We have increased sanitisation, created socially distanced working and meeting areas to ensure you can continue to work in a safe productive environment.
Meeting Room Space
Our meeting rooms are being enhanced so that teams can connect in a safe comforable environment. New capacity guidelines will be posted at entrances and recommended seating arrangements are provided. Additionally, health guidelines will be displayed on TV monitors and wipe and sanitizer dispensers are provided in each room.
Rest Rooms
As with all our spaces restrooms now undergo more frequent cleaning. We have installed signage promoting 20-second hand washing as a reminder for all users.
Increased sanitization
We’ve implemented heightened cleaning measures to ensure the health and wellbeing of our members. We are disinfecting common areas more frequently and are providing complimentary sanitization products in our spaces.
Elevator lobbies
Elevator lobbies now have clear signage and communication to emphasize the importance of distancing and we have reduced the recommended maximum elevator occupancy. Additionally, touch-free hand sanitizer dispensers are placed in all entrances.
Business Lounge settings
We have arranged the business lounge facilities to adhere to social distancing guidelines. We have created visual guides for teams so that they can identify the appropriate seating and number of people in a lounge.
